Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Realtor with a minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Be customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems


Responsibilities:

  • Represent at least 24 to 50+ buyers and sellers per year to achieve your compensation level goals
  • Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team.
  • Act as a consultant between your buyers and sellers to ensure smooth hassle-free transactions.
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction.
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase and sale agreements, closing statements, for clients to facilitate smooth, accurate transactions
  • Work actively and closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria and increase closed transactions
  • Provide excellent, second-mile service to clients. Exceed their expectations and earn their referrals and 5-star reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Members.
  • Be willing to participate in Team Activities.
  • Sell Homes!
